If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You waive any right to pursue claims on a class action or consolidated basis.
ph797 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered account holders via a notice published on the ph797 platform and, where the amendment is material, via email or SMS notification to your registered contact details.
Amended Terms take effect upon publication on ph797.vip unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the ph797 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement.
